Flight Moscow - Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky
Morning: Arrival at the airport in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky where you'll be met by a guide from our team, transferred to the hotel in our private bus and welcomed at the hotel with a drink and lunch..
Afternoon: Safety procedure briefing, heli-skiing in case of good weather
Monday to Saturday:
Transfer to the aiport at Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky for your return flight.
Your equipment :
The climate is similar to that of the Alps and the skis, ski boots and ski clothing that you wear in Europe will be perfect for this climate.
However, it can be very windy and gloves get wet quickly, so bring a spare pair of gloves and mittens.
You will be able to leave spare clothing in the helicopter during the day.
Don’t forget your swimsuit for the thermal springs at the end of the day.

You will not be allowed to enter Russia without a valid visa. To obtain a visa you must contact your nearest Russian embassy. (http://www.russianembassy.net/).
Please allow at least 4 weeks for your visa to be sent to you.

You will need :
- 1 passport, valid for at least 6 months after your return date
- 1 copy of your passport
- 1 visa application form for entry into Russia
- 1 passport/identity photo
- 1 original travel insurance documents plus a copy attached to your visa for passing through customs
- 1 letter of invititation (supplied by « Heliski Russia »).
- 1 voucher (supplied by « Heliski Russia »).
Unless you’re coming from Asia (Japan, China) or Australasia (Australia or New Zealand) from where you’ll have a connection through Seoul and Vladivostok, you will have to fly into Moscow to get to Kamchatka.
There are two principle airports in Moscow, Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo.
Depending on your flight plans, you might have to transfer from one airport to another. We recommend at least two hours for this transfer.
From Moscow, you will continue your trip by flying directly to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The flight time is approximately 8 hours, 30 minutes.
All our trip dates are planned to coincide with connecting flights from Moscow to Petropavlovsk.
